what i ate #17

Just because I haven't been posting as much doesn't mean I've been eating any less!!

I started January off with a 3 day winter juice cleanse.  Truth be told, I only lasted 2 days, but I would try it again come spring!



I made these chewy almond spice cookies (and added some chocolate chips)


My husband hand made this amazing pasta (lots of hidden spinach in there!) with meatballs:


This airplane salad has become a staple around here. I love the mix of kale, avocado and pineapple: 






This has become one of my favorite snack: banana, almond butter, sprinkled with hemp seed:


Yum yum!!!
