Halloween is coming!!!

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year. I love that things are a little cooler in Los Angeles. We don't have a dramatic change in the leaves here, but when I see orange or yellow on a tree, I get so excited. Plus I have an excuse to make soup. And orange is my favorite color. And I love me a cozy scarf. Oh fall, can't you just go on forever??

And Halloween is just around the corner! This weekend, Doodle and I took a trip to the fabric store to procure costume supplies. Doodle, age 4, would like to be a baby elephant. Mr. P. wants to be someone named Hero Bob from Minecraft (he described to me what he looked like and I told him that was fine but to just realize that many people won't know who he is so he'll have to explain himself. He decided he'd be Hero Bob for the school parade and then a yellow ninja on Halloween proper.) Have I got a lot of sewing to do in the coming weeks!!

In honor of Halloween, I'm sharing today collections from my Halloween Pinterest page with the hopes of inspiring some new projects!
