power crackers

I had to share my new favorite snack with you. 

It comes from the blog Power Hungry and these crackers are packed with so many things that are good for you: pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, quinoa.......

I made a batch and topped them with some soy nut butter and orange marmalade....my "clean" version of good ole pb & j....they were just as satisfying. 

They'd be great with any kind of nut butter and jelly or jam or goat cheese (if you're eating that) or...anything you'd put on a cracker!
