what I ate #8 - salmon, brown rice, plum chutney

This was an easy-to prepare meal: Grilled salmon, brown rice and a cold plum chutney. 

To prepare the chutney, combine 1/2 red onion chopped, a little white rice vinegar, 2 Persian cucumbers chopped, 3 small purple plums, 1 bell pepper and a handful of chopped cilantro.
