Yup, still eating over here. I decided to try a Thai feast (Thai food is one of my favorites!)
We started with some veggie pot stickers (so easy!)
Two different types of dipping sauces: 1 peanut butter based and one ginger soy.
A cabbage and mango slaw:
Pumpkin coconut soup:
Noodles with chicken, peanuts and lime (I loosely based this on Smitten Kitchen's cold rice noodles recipe, but I liked my noodles hot!)
