I made these doughnuts for a Passover party this weekend. They're by no means a traditional Passover dessert (not to mention they have flour in them...albeit garbanzo bean and brown rice flour) but man, they were good!

And baked, not fried! And vegan!(except for the dark chocolate topping)

And the recipe came from this book:

         Babycakes Covers the Classics.

I sewed a felt garland to make the presentation more festive.
