This is my most favorite granola recipe ever. Every once in a while I try to branch out and make a new version, but I’m always disappointed. This is simply the best. We make a new batch about every two weeks, but it’s usually gone within 24 hours. I love it on top of yogurt or with a bowl of oat milk or really, even on it’s own, it’s delicious.
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup canola oil
4 cups oats
3/4 cup wheat germ
3/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup dry milk
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup dried fruit
First, mix the oatmeal, wheat germ, wheat bran, and dry milk together.
Next, bake the nuts in the toaster oven at 350 for about 5 minutes.
I heat the honey along with the canola oil, continually stirring until it’s dissolved.
